Established in the centre of the new town in Cergy Pontoise (Cergy Préfecture), to the north-east of Paris, where it has always been the town centre, the Trois Fontaines shopping centre comprises 160 stores including an Auchan supermarket, the Fnac, Go Sport, C&A, H&M, New Look, Flunch, McDonald’s, etc. There is a project to expand the mall by 30.000 sqm.The Auchan hypermarket could be transfered and expanded to 16.0000 sqm of sales area and a new mall created between Les 3 Fontaines and the Fnac building but the project was delayed by legal appeals and was relaunched in 2018. Meanwhile, its renovation was completed in September 2016. in 2017, Hammerson aquired the adjacent shopping arcade Cergy 3 (11.000 sqm) for 81 M €. By 2021, Les Trois Fontaines will accomodate more than 220 shops.
Implanté au cœur de la ville nouvelle de Cergy Pontoise (Cergy Préfecture), au nord-est de Paris, où il fait fonction depuis l'origine de centre ville, le centre Commercial Régional Les Trois Fontaines comprend 160 magasins dont un hypermarché Auchan, la Fnac, Go Sport, C&A, H&M, New Look, Flunch, Mac Donald's. Une extension de 30.000 m2 a été conçue par Hammerson. L'hypermarché ferait l'objet d'un transfert/extension (16.000 m2 de surface de vente) et un nouveau mall serait créé entre les 3 Fontaines et l'immeuble Fnac. Ce projet a été retardé par des recours judiciaires et va démarrer en 2018. Entretemps la rénovation du centre a été achevée en 2016. En 2017, Hammerson a acquis le pôle commercial adjacent Cergy 3 (11.000 m2) pour 81 M €. En 2021, Les Trois Fontaines accueilleront plus de 220 boutiques.
