- When acquired by Hammerson from Wereldhave, this regional shopping centre was refurbished. A remodelling/extension of 24.000 sqm (2 medium-sized stores including a 4.570 sqm Boulanger and some 60 shops) as well as the refurbishment and extension of the parking area (700 units) was completed in 2008 and opened in different phases. Complete opening : Sept 12th 2008. In August 2010, the South Korean pension fund NPS acquired 51% of Parinor from Hammerson for 223 M € and another 24% stakes end 2011. An Ikea stand-alone store together with a factory outlet centre (Usine Center) located in the Parinor 2 industrial area also contribute to the attractiveness of this site. O'Parinor was extended and refurbished in 2013/2014. It now accomodates a 14-screen UGC cinema multiplex. Primark replaced Boulanger and opened there its first "parisian" store.

Une rénovation/extension de 24 000 m2 (comprenant 2 moyennes surfaces dont un Boulanger de 4570 m2 et une soixantaine de boutiques) ainsi que la rénovation et l'extension du parking (700 places) a été achevée en 2008 et a ouvert en différentes phases. Ouverture complète : 12 septembre 2008. En août 2010, le fonds de pension sud coréen NPS acquired 51% of Parinor from Hammerson for 223 M € et 24% supplémentaires fin 2011. Le magasin Ikea et le centre de magasins d'usine (Usine Center) implantés dans la zone industrielle Parinor contribue aussi à l'attractivité de ce site. O'Parinor a fait l'objet d'une nouvelle rénovation/extension en 2013/2014, il accueille désormais un multiplexe UGC de 14 salles. Primark y a ouvert son premier magasin en région parisienne (ex Boulanger).
