The Quais d'Ivry (formerly calledIvry Grand Ciel) Shopping Centre benefits from a very strong Carrefour hypermarket located on the ground floor. After a large remodelling (with the arrival of new anchors like H&M), the shopping centre is called since April 2008 "Les Quais d'Ivry". In 2014, Corio sold it - along 3 other assets - to the KKR/Seefar joint venture for 104 M €.
Le Centre Commercial Les Quais d'Ivry (auparavant connu sous le nom de Ivry Grand Ciel) beneficie de la présence au rez de chaussée d'un très puissant hypermarché Carrefour. Après une importante restructuration (avec l'arrivée de nouvelles locomotives telles que H&M), le centre commercial a été rebaptisé en avril 2008 "Les Quais d'Ivry". En 2014, Corio l'a vendu - avec 3 autres centres - pour 104 M € à la joint-venture formée par KKR et Seefar.
