My Urban Outlet Solingen (ex Clemens Galerien)

Clemens Galerien used to be a 3-storey shopping mall of about 50 stores, located in the Solingen's pedestrian zone and anchored by a multiplex cinema (7 screens). It was developed by Multi. It is currently redeveloped into an outlet centre under the name of My Urban Outlet Solingen. Some former tenants will remain (including DM. the cinema and the fitness studio). Developer : CR Investment. Scheduled to open end 2016, the project could be postponed and modified as the owner Sunrise Properties sold the scheme to ICG Retail at the beginning of 2017.
