- The former little shopping centre "Pôle Europe" located near the borders of both Luxembourg and Belgium has been transfered /expanded. . The new shopping arcade now includes some 55 shops and the parking lot capacity has nearly trebled (as well as the hypermarket's surface). In the future, the shopping centre will be completed by two retail parks. One was developed in the vicinity by Immobilière Frey and opened end 2007 (see Parc des Trois Frontières). The other one will be developed by Immochan in two parts : the first one includes a 13.950 sqm strip-mall and 7.500 sqm dedicated to DIY. The other one will offer 4.000 sqm dedicated to restaurants and 6.000 sqm for megastores. An extension of the shopping arcade (6.200 sqm) for 25 shops (including 2 MS) was inaugurated in 2016 with new anchors like H&M or Cool Cat.

La nouvelle galerie marchande accueille désormais 50 boutiques et la capacité du parking a été pratiquement triplée. Le centre commercial sera complété par deux parcs d'activités. Le premier a été développé à proximité par Immobilière Frey et a été inauguré fin 2007 (Voir Parc des Trois Frontières). Le deuxième sera développé par Immochan en deux parties : la 1ère comprendra un strip mall de 13.950 m2 et 7.500 m2 de bricolage. La deuxième offrira 4.000 m2 de restauration et 6.000 m2 de GSS. Une extension de la galerie marchande (6.200 m2) pour 25 boutiques (dont 2 MS) a été inaugurée au printemps 2016.
