- Located on Place Jean Jaurès, the Galerie du Palais accommodates 16 stores including two anchors: a Simply (formerly ATAC) supermarket and La Grande Récré. They stand opposite the town's most important public transport hub, but on the pavement opposite Rue de Bordeaux. CBRE Investors/MRM acquired it in 2006 for some 9 M €. It was renovated in 2010.
