Auchan in Katowice is situated within the very heavly populated housing are called Tysiąclecia (1000 years). It's located approx. 4 kms north west of the city centre and can be well accessed by car and public transport. The shopping gallery is the typical single isle opposite the cash registers of the Auchan hypermarket, consisting of mainly middle ranged fashion and service retailing. It was revamped in 2014.
