Located at the junction of Ma-13 and Ma-13a highways, this commercial hub includes a factory outlet of some 35 shops (among them Nike, Reebok, Levi's, Quiksilver, Camper, Jaime Mascaro...) and an entertainment centre anchored by a 20-screen Cinesa multiplex, a New Park bowling alley and some 45 restaurants. The Alcampo shopping centre is situated in the same area and the Bauhaus megastore just opposite to it. End 2015, Meyer Bergman offered 105 M € to Värde Partners to acquire Festival Park.
