Txingudi Parque Comercial is located at the crossroads of the N1 and the A8 expressway, a major link between Spain and France. It is anchored by a 10.500 sqm Alcampo and several medium-sized stores such as Decathlon, Kiabi, Merkal... Because of its location, it is frequented by French customers (both locals and tourists) attracted by lower prices on several items (such as alcohol). In 2014, Corio (which acquired the shopping arcade in 1999) sold it (along with the Las Huertas shopping arcade in Palencia) for 39,4 M € to Lar Espana.
