The Fashion House Outlet Centre in Sosnowiec is located to the south and approx. 6 kms from the city centre of Sosnowiec. It was the second Outlet Centre to open in Poland, after the one developed by Neinver, in the suburb of Warsaw, called Ursus. Its architecture is inspired by 19th century English railway stations. The third phase opened in March 2009. Polonia Property Fund II (AIB PPM) has acquired it in 2008. In 2017, Deutsche Bank acquired the Polish Fashion House portfolio (3 assets).
