Located on the outskirts of Courtrai (Kortrijk), this centre geared towards a medium-low catchment. The centre has a good reputation with many major retailers being present. Adjacent to it the former Carrefour store (property of Redevco) has been remodelled to accomodate several medium-sized stores like Delhaize (3.033 sqm), H&M (1.174 sqm), Tims (1.228 sqm), Sports Direct (1.222 sqm-opening spring 2013), Cool Cat (638 sqm) completed by 8 smaller shops (completed Oct 2012). The centre welcomes some 3 million visitors a year. In September 2014, Wereldhave Belgium acquired the Redevco part (11.000 sqm) and in december 2014, the remaining 22.000 sqm from Kortrijk Ring Shopping Center, for a total price of 108,1 M €.
