Leclerc Limoges

Located north of Limoges next to the northern industrial estate, the Leclerc Limoges shopping centre is located in the immediate vicinity of a major business park: Jardiland, Vet'affaires, Zooland, and car dealers. The shopping centre was recently renovated and extended, and a covered car park was added. The shopping arcade now includes some 10 stores including a para-pharmacy, a multimedia store, a Leclerc cafeteria and a Post Office. Its main competitor is the Cora Beaubreuil commercial hub. The hypermarket (formerly 5.800 sqm) has been once again extended by 1.140 sqm and new stores have been created (including a 1.180 sqm Espace Culturel) and opened November 2007.
Situé au nord de Limoges, en bordure de la Zone Industrielle Nord, le Centre Commercial Leclerc Limoges s'inscrit à proximité immédiate d'une importante zone d'activités : Jardiland, Vet'affaires, Zooland, et concessions automobiles. Le centre commercial a été récemment rénové et agrandi avec notamment la création d'un parking couvert. La galerie marchande comprend désormais une dizaine de boutiques dont une parapharmacie, une boutique Multimédia et une Cafétéria (Leclerc) et la Poste. Son principal concurrent est le pôle commercial Cora Beaubreuil. L'hypermarché ( 5850 m2 à l'origine) a fait l'objet d'une nouvelle extension de 1140 m2 et de nouvelles boutiques ont été créées (dont un Espace Culturel de 1.180 m2). Ouverture : novembre 2007.
