Géant Casseaux

This small local shopping centre is located in the Casseaux district near the A 20 motorway. It is made up of a small Géant Hypermarket (5,300 sqm), a Casino cafeteria and a few services (photo development, dry-cleaners). The complex is the subject of a proposed transfer / enlargement project: "les Portes de Feytiat", for which planning permission was granted in January 2002 (but canceled by the court). When this new commercial facility opens, the current shopping centre will be converted into a supermarket (2,000 sqm).
Ce petit centre Commercial de proximité est situé dans le quartier des Casseaux, à proximité de l'autoroute A 20. Il se compose d'un petit hypermarché Géant (5300 m2), d'une cafétéria Casino complété par quelques services (développement photo, pressing). Cet ensemble fait l'objet d'un projet de transfert / agrandissement : "les Portes de Feytiat", dont la CDEC a été obtenue en janvier 2002, mais annulée par le tribunal administratif Dès l'ouverture de ce nouvel équipement commercial (initialement prévu en 2005), le centre commercial actuel sera transformé en supermarché (2000 m2).
