Located in a business park next to the RN 9 (Boulevard Saint Jean) in the City of Clermont-Ferrand north of the La Pardieu hub, the Géant Le Brezet SC was composed of a Géant Hypermarket, a shopping arcade of 30 units as well as a Casino cafeteria, Quick Drive, Leroy Merlin and Feu Vert. Rebranded "Nacarat", it was renovated and extended (by 8.200 sqm including some 3.400 sqm for the hypermarket, some 20 new shops among them Armand Thiery, Histoire d'Or) which opened end 2006. A new extension of the shopping arcade (2.400 sqm for 13 shops taken on the hypermarket surface) was completed end 2014.

Géant Le Brezet, situé au sein d'une zone d'activités, comprenait outre l'hypermarché Géant, une galerie marchande de 30 boutiques ainsi qu'une Cafétéria Casino, Quick Drive, Leroy Merlin et Feu Vert. Rebaptisé "Nacarat", il a fait l'objet d'une rénovation / extension (8200 m2 dont 3400 m2 pour l'hypermarché, une vingtaine de nouvelles boutiques dont Armand Thiery, Histoire d'Or) inaugurée fin 2006. Une nouvelle extension (2.400 m2 repris sur la surface de l'hypermarché pour 13 boutiques) a été achevée fin 2014.
