- Puerto Triana was supposed to be the largest shopping centre in Andalucia, located on "Isla de la Cartuja" (where the Expo 92 was held). But the project was "frozen" a first time following the new urban scheme of Sevilla's municipality. Rodamco retired of the project when the authorities cut down the authorized surfaces dedicated to retail. The new project will include 25.000 sqm of retail (about 80 shops). They will be located in the 150 metre-high tower. It will be completed by a museum and large green areas. This scheme has been approved by local authorities in april 2005 but was once again "frozen" until 2015 when Caixabank relaunched the project under the name Torre Sevilla. Primark will be one of its anchors on 5.000 sqm.
