- This commercial complex is the farthest away from Saint Etienne. Located north of the conurbation in the municipality of Andrézieux Bouthéon, in a business area between the RN 82 and the A 72, it is composed of a Leclerc hypermarket and a shopping arcade containing some 10 stores (including a Leclerc cafeteria, Leclerc Voyages). Several medium-sized stores including Atlas, Home Salons, Mobalpa are located in the vicinity (see Centre Vie - Andrezieux). A planning application to expand the Leclerc Superstore (from 2,550 to 5,000 sqm) had been accepted in response to the proposed Géant SC in the ZAC La Guyonnière (integrated development zone in Andrezieux). Since then, the Casino group seems to have given up this project (see Géant Andrezieux Bouthéon). The creation of a Sport Loisirs Leclerc store (1.900 sqm) authorized by local authorities in 2006 was canceled by the Administrative Court in February 2009.
- Cet ensemble commercial est le plus éloigné de Saint Etienne. Situé au nord de l'agglomération, sur la commune d'Andrézieux Bouthéon, dans une zone industrielle entre la RN 82 et la A 72. Il se compose d'un hypermarché Leclerc et d'une galerie marchande d'une dizaine de boutiques (dont une Cafétéria Leclerc, Leclerc Voyages). Quelques moyennes surfaces dont Atlas, Home Salons, Mobalpa sont implantées à proximité (voir Centre Vie - Andrezieux). Une demande d'agrandissement de l'hypermarché Leclerc (de 2550 à 5000 m2) avait été acceptée pour "répondre" au projet de création de Centre Commercial Géant "Zac de la Guyonnière". Depuis, le groupe Casino semble avoir abandonné ce projet (voir Géant Andrezieux Bouthéon). L'autorisation de la CDEC pour la création d'un magasin Sport Loisirs Leclerc de 1.900 m2 en 2006 a été annulée par le tribunal administratif en février 2009.
