Ul. 11 Listopada

The ul. 11 Listopada high street is a pedestrian street up to Plac Wolności, with the other part of the street having limited car traffic. The even numbered side of the street has the higher foot traffic with the odd numbered side of the street getting the afternoon sun. In the early days, retailers that couldn't wait till a shopping centre opened in Bielsko Biała, found good locations downtown at very reasonable prices. Cosmetic retailer Rossmann is doing well, even with the opening of shopping centres. Many banks are also located there.
