- The oldest of Le Havre’s shopping centres, Grand Cap is located to the north of the city, in the middle of a busy traffic interchange in a dense urban environment. More or less the ‘town centre’ of this major catchment area, it is extremely busy throughout the week (9,5 M visitors a year). In addition to the Auchan superstore, there were over 50 fairly small shops The car park is partly underground and has a Norauto service outlet, while Saint Maclou is located opposite to the shopping centre. An important project of renovation/extension was completed in 2014 : the hypermarket, already the largest of the conurbation (14.250 sqm) was extended to reach 16.300 sqm (end 2009), the shopping arcade was extended to accomodate 100 shops and 4 medium-sized stores while the parking place now offers 2.400 spaces on 4 levels. End 2014, Immochan sold the 13.000 sqm extension to Amundi.
- Le plus ancien des équipements commerciaux du Havre, le Centre Commercial Grand Cap est situé au nord de la ville, au milieu d'un noeud de circulation important, dans un environnement urbain dense. Du fait de cette importante zone de chalandise primaire, pour laquelle il fait office de "centre ville", il bénéficie d'une importante fréquentation hebdomadaire (9,5 M visiteurs par an). L' hypermarché Auchan était complété par une galerie de plus de 50 (petites) cellules commerciales. Un important projet de rénovation/extension a été achevé en 2014 : l'hypermarché, déjà le plus grand de la zone (14.250 m2) a été agrandi pour atteindre 16.300 m2 (fin 2009), la galerie marchande a été étendue pour accueillir 100 boutiques et 4 moyennes surfaces.
