DOMUS is a three storey furniture theme center, comparable to the one MAB developed in Rotterdam, Netherlands (Alexandrium III) . It is the first one of this kind in France. It is located, to the north east of Paris, opposite to the 'Rosny 2' regional shopping centre, at the interchange of 3 highways. Co-developer : Meyer Bergman. Investor : KP Investments (Rabo Bank) sold it to Orion Capital Managers in April 2014, which sold it for 100 M€ to Catalyst in 2017.
Domus est un centre commercial à thème sur trois niveaux, destiné à l'équipement de la maison . Il est comparable au site déja construit par MAB à Rotterdam en Hollande (Alexandrium III) . Il s'agit du premier centre de ce type en France . Il est situé dans le nord-est parisien, en face du centre commercial régional 'Rosny 2', à l'intersection de 3 autoroutes. Co-développeur : Meyer Bergman. Investisseur : KP Investments (Rabo Bank) a vendu Domus à Orion Capital Managers en Avril 2014, qui l'a cédé début 2017 à Catalyst pour 100 M€.
