Echo Centrum Handlowe

The Echo Shopping Centre is to the north of the city centre, on the E77 road from Warsaw at an intersection where the road divides into 3 other roads. The positioning of this centre is a very good one within Radom. The centre itself doesn't have many retailers, but of the 19 that are there have a very spacious shopping centre for themselves and the customers. Within the parking area is also a Nomi DIY, which is also another big anchor for this centre. The Carrefour hypermarket (previously Hypernova) is approx. 14.000 m2, but the parking is small at 829 places and sometimes it takes a few trips around the parking to find a place where you can park. In March 2013 Echo Investment sold the shopping centre to London & Cambridge Properties Ltd (along with the Tarnow and Piotrkow Trybunalski) for 67 M €.
