Les Grands Prés

This shopping mall, anchored by a Carrefour Hypermarket (19.000 sqm, the largest one in Belgium) is situated in the outskirts of town. Les Grands Prés offers about 17.000 sqm of shopping arcade. This shopping hub is completed by a 14-screen Imagix cineplex nearby. It now benefits from the opening of a Ikea store (34,500 sqm, 2.000 parking spaces) adjacent to it since february 2016 in the same time of the first phase of the gallery extension ( 10.150 sqm in total, second phase to open August 2016). A 10.000 sqm retail park will be created. 8 million visitors a year are now expected. In 2015, Carrefour launched there its new store concept. Investor : Union Investment.
