Megapark / San Sebastian de Los Reyes

This shopping hub, which is one of the most successful ones in Spain with some 20 Million visitors in 2005, includes several entities : the Megapark Retail Park, anchored by Ikea, Media Markt and Leroy Merlin; the Carrefour San Sebastian de los Reyes shopping centre (see Carrefour San Sebastian de los Reyes) and since october 2004 the 52.000 sqm "Plaza Norte 2" shopping centre (see Plaza Norte 2). The third phase of Megapark Retail Park opened in November 2002 with 3 new stores (including Boulanger). Developers : Ikea and Arcona Iberica (Megapark SL). A 18.000 "Factory" outlet centre will open in 2006 in the same geographical area (see Factory San Sebastian de los Reyes).
