Mandelieu La Napoule project (Géant Mandelieu)

Transfert/extension of the Géant Casino hypermarket from Mandelieu. A competitor for the Cap 3000 regional shopping centre from Saint Laurent du Var (Nice). The project is located next to A8 motorway intersection and the Mandelieu airport. It will be anchored by a Géant hypermarket, a department store and medium-sized stores. Initially developed by Groupe Beg-Simon Ivanhoé, the projet is now in the Unibail-Rodamco porfolio and seems on hold by now
Projet de transfert/extension du Géant Casino Mandelieu. Un projet d'envergure pour la région . Un futur concurent pour le centre Cap3000 de saint Laurent du Var (Nice) . Le projet se situe à proximité de l'intersection de l'A8 et de l'aérodrome de Mandelieu. Ses prinicipales locomotives seront un hypermarché Géant, un grand magasin et plusieurs moyennes surfaces. En attente de Cdec et permis définitif. Développé à l'origine par le Groupe Beg-Simon Ivanhoé, le projet est désormais entre les mains d'Unibail-Rodamco et semble pour l'instant en sommeil.
