- La Cerisaie is a project of redevelopment of an industrial and retail area situated along the A6 and A86 highways in an urban area (Parc Silic). The existing 33.350 sqm of retail area have been renovated and extended by 7.950 sqm and some 530 new car park units. RER B and C both service the area and it is easily accessible by foot for the residents. A new phase will add 7.500 sqm of sales area by 2015. Developer /investor : SILIC.
- La Cerisaie est le fruit du redéveloppement d'une zone industrielle et commerciale située en bordure des autoroutes A6 et A86 dans une zone urbaine (Parc Silic). Les 33.500 m2 de surface commerciale existants ont été rénovés et complétés par une extension de 7.950 m2 et 530 nouvelles places de parking. Le site est desservi par les RER B et C et est facilement accessible à pied. Une nouvelle phase de 7.500 m2 sera développée d'ici 2015. Promoteur / propriétaire : SILIC.
