- This street runs parallel to the Karmarschstrasse and especially accommodates clothing stores of all categories and prices. It is leading from the Georgstrasse to the Osterstrasse . Here the anchors are Zara, Karstadt Sport, Gerry Weber. The Heutelbeck store was transformed to accomodate in 2009 three new anchors on about 3.500 sqm: Marc'O Polo, S.Oliver and Roland Schuhe (since then replaced by Besteller) both benefiting from a double access on Karmarschstrasse and Grosse Packhofstrasse (Investors/developers : Centrum and Comfort Hamburg). In 2009, Hallhuber replaced Puma. In 2010, the former Karstadt store was replaced by TK Maxx (4.800 sqm on 5 levels), Zero and Gina Tricot at the ground floor as well as DM and Edeka city markt at the -1 level. The Erdmann store was remodelled to offer 2.600 sqm of retail for Reserved in 2016. (developer : Development Partner/investor : Aachener Grundvermögen).
