- This three storey shopping centre developed by Trema Hispania was refurbished in 2000. It used to be anchored by the largest Carrefour hypermarket in Spain. Corio intended to invest some 65 M € and remodel it completely. A large part would be dedicated to leisure activitites. Project currently on hold. In 2017, Carrefour remodelled its store and divided its surface in two (from 18.000 sqm to 9.000 sqm).
