City Passage was a shopping arcade anchored by a Galeria Kaufhof department store. Inaugurated in 1977, it was refurbished in 1991. In 2011 ECE acquired it from Westfonds RWI Fonds. The centre has been demolished. After construction, the new City Passage - renamed Loom Bielefeld - is anchored by Primark, with a 5.000 sqm store.
