EPD's largest mixed-use development is located at Námesty´ Republiky 1 and was also known as "The Barracks". Palladium is located at the bottom end of Prague's established high street Na Prikope (opposite to the Kotva department store) and provides excellent access by both public and private modes of transportation. The scheme includes 39,000 sqm GLA of retail and leisure, 20.000 sqm of office space and 900 car parking spaces on 3 underground levels. It benefits from a direct connection to the subway. Hannover Leasing acquired it in May 2007 for some 535 M €, making it at the time the highest transaction of this kind in East Europa. End 2014, Union Investment acquired it for 565 M €, making it once again the highest transaction for a building in the country.
