Planetencenter Garbsen

Located downtown Garbsen, and next to the A2 expressway. Its owner, Dawnay Day is currently working on a new remodelling (the centre was already renovated in 2002) to compete with the Sonae Sierra project. But a project of extension to reach 20.500 sqm was rejected by the local authorities in September 2009. On the other hand, the owners of the centre rejected Spring 2010 the City's project to transform Planetencenter into a 12.000 sqm "city district". In 2012, Lüder acquired the ownership of the shopping centre from its three former owners. The renovation was launched in 2013 with 12.000 sqm of selling surface for a complete reopening in May 2015.
