- The municipality of Alboraya is developing a project to transfer and expand this shopping centre making it the strongest shopping hub North Valencia. The new site will be located in the Vera district, by the U21 (avenida de Cataluna). The municipality will own, develop and manage the future shopping centre with its own company : Egusa. In the same time, the freed plot will be transformed into a marina. The project was frozen in 2008.
