Kamp-Promenade is a multipurpose retail centre developed by Multi that directly adjoins the pedestrian zone of Osnabrück and occupies several buildings around a central square. Saturn, Kult and TK Maxx (which replaced Karstadt Sport) are the main anchors. In 2014 an extension (4 levels, 5.000 sqm) was completed on the site of the former Woolworth store (Grosse Strasse, 65-66) with a 42-unit undeground car park.
