This three-storey shopping arcade is located in the vicinity of the trade fair site, the Köln Arena and the ICE railway station "Köln Deutz". It offers 43,000 sqm of retail space. Main tenants : Rewe (7,000 m2), Media Markt (4,500 m2), C&A (2,600m2). A pedestrian zone has been created around the shopping centre to push the development of the quarter Köln-Kalk. In 2017, the centre was remodelled. Investment: 150 Mio. EUR (Bayerische Landespark, Eurohypo AG, Stadtsparkasse Köln).
