- Four-storey shopping arcade developed by ECE, right next the pedestrian area of Westenhellweg, between Hoher Wall, Hövelstrasse and Silberstrasse. The upper floor accomodates the Apollinaris panorama food lounge. The classic facades of the Clemensche Warenhaus department store and of the former Thier building was preserved. The project was authorized by local authorities end 2008.
