- This two-storey shopping centre located downtown Laatzen (south of Hannover) was totally remodelled in 1996. The former Hertie department store (11.000 sqm) was acquired in Feb. 2010 by EKZ Laatzen GbR and remodelled to accomodate a two-storey shopping arcade of some 30 shops inaugurated in October 2011. In March 2013 CBRE Global Investors along with the Teacher Retirement System of Texas acquired it for 117 M € from a group of investors including LaSalle Investment Management, Adler Immobilien, Fay Projects and THI Holding.
