- Espai Campanar was a four-storey shopping and entertainment centre (anchored by a 16-screen UGC then Yelmo multiplex) located in the vicinity of Nuevo Centro. It was totally remodeled to accomodate end 2008 the "Mercado Fuencarral" fashion concept on two levels, and is now named Mercado de Campanar. But less than 5 years after its remodelling, only the cinema multiplex was still open. In September 2012, Decathlon opened on 6.250 sqm. Developer : GMP Group.
