- This city centre redevelopment, aiming to link the commercial centre to the historic city centre, is realized jointly by MAB Bouwfonds, the Municipality of The Hague and the Government Housing Agency. This long term project (2006-2017) will be developed in 2 phases. It will include retail areas (26.000 sqm), housing (550 appartments), offices (115.000 sqm) as well as more than 1.000 parking units and a 5-star hotel.
