Multi and ABN Amro will develop a second "Koopgoot" (lowered shopping mall) on the model of Beurstraverse. It will be located on the site currently occupated by the ABN Amro tower on the Van Oldebaneveltplaats and the Jungerhanspand on Binnenwegplein. The ABN Amro building on Coolsingel will be integrated in the scheme (which also includes two towers representing some 45.000 sqm). Direct links will be created with the adjacent shopping streets : Linjbaan, Binnenwegplein as well as with Beurstraverse. Primark will be one of its anchors. Opening scheduled in 2017/2018.
