Reflets Compans

After Murinvest bought it in 2000, the Compans Cafarelli shopping centre has been refurbished to be able to include medium-sized stores. Among them : Office Dépôt (2000 sqm, but closed at the beginning of 2005). Although it is located in a dense primary catchment area and is directly linked to the Compans metro station (4 M travelers/year), it never succeeded in finding its customers. End 2012, Mab Development acquired the shopping arcade from Murinvest. A new restructuration was planned by 2014/2015. In June 2014, Mab sold it to Pitch Promotion, which will take charge of its redevelopment according to Mab's plans designed by Chapman Taylor. Opening scheduled in November 2016.
Depuis son rachat par Murinvest en 2000, le centre commercial a fait l'objet d'une restructuration afin de pouvoir accueillir des boutiques de taille plus importante. Parmi elles, Office Dépôt (2000 m2, qui a fermé début 2005). Bien que située au sein d'une zone de chalandise primaire dense et d'un accès direct à la station de métro Compans (4 M voyageurs/an), la galerie n'a jamais réussi à trouver sa clientèle. Fin 2012 Mab Development a acheté la galerie à Murinvest. Une nouvelle restructuration était planifiée en 2014/2015. En Juin 2014, Mab a cédé la galerie à Pitch Promotion qui réalisera la restructuration selon les plans définis par Mab avec Chapman Taylor. Ouverture prévue en Novembre 2016.
