The second italian factory outlet developed by McArthur Glen is located some 25 km south of Roma. Its architecture is inspired by ancient Rome. Phase 2 added 5.500 sqm, 20 stores, opened end of 2006 (including Geox, Simonetta, Diesel Kids...).Henderson Global Investors acquired it in 2006 for 131 M€. Phase 3 ( 8.000 sqm for 43 new units) opened in April 2013.
