A two-storey shopping center located in the northern part of the city. It was extended in 1979 and later restructured in 1989/1990 and 1999/2000. It is anchored by H&M, Deichmann, DM. In December 2009, ECE acquired the former Hertie department store (10.900 sqm) and redevelop it to accomodate Kaufland and ProMarkt in 2013. In 2014 TK Maxx took over the former Promarkt store.
Erweiterung 1979. Restrukturierung 1989/1990 und 1999/2000.
