- This factory outlet is situated near the A4 (Turin - Venezia), between Bergamo and Brescia. With the opening of Phase 2 (11.500 sqm, 70 shops inaugurated end 2006), it now accomodates some 160 stores. Developers : Gruppo Percassi /Craig Realty Group / Primavera Group DEGI acquired it for some 204 M Euros in January 2007 and is now owned by Aberdeen Asset Management. Blackstone acquired it for 126 M € in September 2013.
