Located on one of the busiest access to the town centre, the two-storey shopping centre includes an Emisfero hypermarket (8.595 sqm), Cisalfa, Oviesse, a fitness centre and some 80 shops. Extensions opened in 2001 and 2002. Kiabi (1.900 sqm) is situated next to it. Unicomm Srl sold it to Orion Capital Managers (along 2 other Emisfero centres : Fiume Veneto and Monfalcone) for about 200 M €.
