- The two-storey shopping centre, which was developed by MAB, is located between two of Breda's main shopping streets. It used to be anchored by one of the largest V&D department store (15000 sqm). Its complete requalification was completed in june 2016. Hudson's Bay will open there one of its first Dutch stores by 2017. Owner : Kroonenberg Groep.
