The project "Porta e Terra" developed by the municipality of Livorno includes retail, business, entertainment and sport areas. The "Fonti dell Corallo" shopping center anchored by an Inpercoop hypermarket opened in june 2003. It is completed by a retail park (including Leroy Merlin, Euronics, Scarpamondo), a 9-screen The Space multiplex cinema, and another shopping hub (8.000 sqm) anchored by Decathlon, located to the north of the site (see Le Torri). Developers : Gruppo Coop Toscana-Lazio. In 2014, IGD sold the shopping arcade (7.300 sqm) to BNP Paribas Reim for 47 M €.
