- In the main shopping area of Breda, on the site of an existing parking lot (the former Mols grounds), creation of some 24.000 sqm of retail space, 70 apartments and an 1000-unit underground parking lot. Developers : Bouwfonds, Unibail-Rodamco and Wonen Berburg. The project was put on hold in 2008. In June 2011 Unibail-Rodamco sold the project to a joint venture formed by developers MAB and Dura Vermeer (50/50). When completed, the scheme will be sold to Syntrus Achmea.
