Located along the A4 motorway between Metz and Strasbourg and 15 km far from Saarbrücken, this shopping hub will draw a cross-border catchment area of some 550 000 people. Originally developed by Bouygues, this project was frozen for some time. Codic is now in charge of it. It includes a shopping arcade of some 70 shops anchored by a 8.000 sqm Auchan hypermarket, a retail park (9 units) and a strong leisure development.

A l'origine porté par Bouygues ce projet est demeuré un long moment "gelé". Il est à présent managé par Codic. Il comprend une galerie marchande d'environ 70 boutiques avec pour locomotive Auchan (8.000 m2), un retail park de 9 unités et une offre "loisirs" importante.
