- More than a shopping centre, Amstelland MDC (now Multi)has developed in cooperation with Vendex KBB, Redevco Benelux and the Municipality of Arnhem a regeneration scheme of a city area adjacent to the commercial city centre. The project included the redevelopment of the department stores (among them V&D which occupies 12.000 sqm). The scheme also includes housing (76 luxury apartments).
