Oosterdokseiland (ODE)

This project of Bouwfonds MAB (in cooperation with the City of Amsterdam,and New Chinatown Amsterdam CV) consists in developing a new city district on the Oosterdokseiland (East Dock Island) near the Central Railway station. With a total area of 200.000 sqm, it includes the creation of some 380 flats, 85.000 sqm of offices area, 44.8000 sqm of cultural and leisure facilities (among them the largest library in the Netherlands), and 28.000 sqm of retail area. Construction : 2007 - 2013. Investor : KP Investments (Rabo Bank).
