Carrefour Grand Maine

Located west of Angers, next to the ringroad, the "Grand Maine" Shopping Centre includes a Carrefour hypermarket and a shopping arcade of almost 70 shops. A stock of medium-sized stores has been developed in its vicinity (focusing particularly on household equipment) : Darty, Fly, Home Salons... but also Quick and Chaussland. Hammerson acquired the shopping arcade in 2007. Grand Maine was renovated in 2013. In 2015 Hammerson sold it to BNP Paribas REIM for 63,2 M €.
Situé à l'ouest d'Angers, en bordure de la voie rapide, le Centre Commercial "Grand Maine" se compose, outre l'hypermarché Carrefour, d'une galerie marchande de près de 70 boutiques. Une importante zone d'activités (majoritairement axé sur l'équipement de la maison) s'est développée dans son environnement immédiat : Darty, Fly, Mobalpa, Home Salons... mais aussi Quick et Chaussland. Hammerson en est propriétaire depuis 2007. Le centre a été rénové en 2013. En 2015, Hammerson a cédé Grand Maine à BNP Paribas REIM pour 63,2 M €.
