Carrefour Saint Serge

Located in the northern outskirts of the city, next to a important access route, the Saint Serge Shopping Center is typical of the 70's. This commercial hub is completed by several medium-sized stores (Saint Maclou, Conforama, la Halle Chaussures, Gemo...) and car dealers. A project of transfer of this Shopping Centre next the A11 (and near the Parc du Vegetal) would be under study. But for now, it's the existing centre which was extended in 2006 (1600 sqm for the hypermarket and 2100 sqm for the shopping arcade for 10 new shops).
Situé en périphérie nord de la ville, en bordure d'un axe routier important, le Centre Commercial Saint Serge est un équipement commercial typique des années 70. Cet équipement commercial est complété , le long du Boulevard Ramon, par plusieurs moyennes surfaces (Saint Maclou, Conforama, La Halle Chaussures, Gemo...) et concessions automobiles. Un projet de transfert de ce centre commercial en bordure de l'A 11 (à proximité du Parc du Végétal) serait à l'étude. Cependant, c'est le centre existant qui a l'objet d'une extension en 2006(1600 m2 pour l'hypermarché, 2100 m2 pour la galerie marchande pour 10 boutiques).
